As a UC San Diego leader or manager, your role is critical in responding to staff feedback and fostering a positive work environment. This page is where you can share the actions your department or unit has taken or plan to take in response to the 2024 Staff@Work Survey results.

  • Review Your Results: View the reports you received and the primary opportunities identified in your area's 2024 Staff@Work™ survey results.

    • Use the primary opportunities or other areas of focus (e.g. items with low satisfaction scores) to guide your action planning.

  • Need Ideas? Click here to explore action ideas and examples based on the Staff@Work™ survey questions.  This resource is designed to help you identify practical and impactful next steps.

After You Submit

Actions your team has taken, or plan to take, will be posted on this website and shared with the Vice Chancellors to promote accountability, recognize efforts, and support campuswide improvement initiatives.
