UC San Diego is committed to creating a climate that is inclusive and welcoming and encourages respectful and open dialogue. Surveys help understand and track perceptions of climate in order to make improvements and monitor progress. We conduct three annual campus surveys to help support continuous improvement.  UC San Diego has been using this service for over a decade to deliver and report on almost 100 campus and Vice Chancellor level surveys.

  • Respondents only rate areas that they have interacted with in the past 12 months.
  • Open-ended comments: Suggestions for improvement, what do you like best, "burning question," special recognition for exceptional customer service.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Prize drawing, downloadable coupon.
  • Actionable reports, correlation analysis to identify primary opportunities and strengths.
