Campus Surveys
Surveys help understand and track perceptions of climate in order to make improvements and monitor progress. We conduct three annual campus surveys to help support continuous improvement. UC San Diego has been using this service for over a decade to deliver and report on almost 100 campus and Vice Chancellor level surveys.
Academic and Staff Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Rate only the areas interacted with in the past 12 months
- Standard/benchmark satisfaction questions
- Open-ended comments: Suggestions for improvement, like best about dept, customer service recognition, custom "burning questions"
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Prize drawing, downloadable coupon
- Actionable reports, correlation analysis to identify primary opportunities and strengths
