The dashboard below highlights actions that have been taken on the top 3 opportunities revealed in the 2022 Staff@Work survey to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.  


For managers:

→ Continue to discuss the meaning of the survey results with leadership and staff to develop and implement action plans and set goals.

→ Follow up and assess performance and impact of action plans 

→ Communicate impact and share results with Senior Leadership

→ Realign with strategic goals and/or course correct
