2023 CSS Departments

This year, 60 departments across campus have been included in the survey. You are requested to rate only the departments that you have received service from during the past 12 months. Each department should take approximately 5 minutes to rate.

These departments are constantly striving towards UC San Diego’s strategic goal of continuous improvement but they cannot do it without your help.

This survey is your chance to help them help you by providing valuable feedback so they can take action to ensure a quality customer experience. The survey is also a chance to let them know what they’re doing right, and if someone on their team deserves special recognition.
